Hello,

Welcome to TB Home Kitchen! 

I am Terrance Brennan, a Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur. I have been honing my craft for over 40 years and now I want to share my passion and knowledge with you.

I cook healthy, delicious, and nutritious food with a few indulgences now and then. I want to teach, inspire, and guide you to do the same. I want to show you how to cook and to think like a chef. (See my YouTube and Instagram channels for tutorials) My goal is to get you to cook great meals with ease and encourage you to have fun while doing so. Most of the recipes are geared for the home cook and therefore not overly complicated. However, every so often I will cook “chefy” dishes that will perhaps stretch your abilities and bring your cooking to the next level. 

I eat healthy and practice what I call the “Mediterranean 80/20.” What I mean by that is 80% of the time I cook Mediterranean plant-based foods and the other 20% I take side trips to the Blue Zones, and other countries and cuisines and allow myself an indulgence or two, as well as an occasional dessert.  My “Mediterranean 80/20” is not a diet; (diets don’t work), I consider it a lifestyle that is healthy, flavorful, and easy to follow.
